Payments & Insurance
We accept cash and all major credit cards and HSA debit cards. We do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with a receipt to submit for HSA reimbursement.
If you have insurance and labs are needed, we will submit your insurance to the lab for payment.

Our patients are seen and treated by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, who consults with our Medical Director, Dr. Lindsay Fowler, MD.
Lea Ann Jackson, FNP-BC has 10 years of experience in Family and Internal Medicine, as well as weight management and hormone therapy. She is also a certified integrative health coach, who offers individualized health coaching/weight management consultations. Our Medical Director, Dr. Lindsay Fowler, MD, is an experienced, compassionate physician, who is dedicated to providing quality care to her patients.

How much is a visit?
Our office visits start at $50
Do I need an appointment?
No, we do accept walk-ins. However, an appointment is highly recommended.
Are masks required?
Due to Covid-19 we are asking all patients, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we do not accept insurances.
Do you give referrals?
We can refer you to a specialist as needed.
What is needed for weight loss?
When you come in for your first visit, we will check your vitals and run an EKG to check heart health. Based on the nature of that consult, we will work with you on diet plans, medicinal plans and injections.
